Crepes (1/2 batch)
2 eggs
½ c. + 3 T. milk
Pinch teaspoon salt
½ c. + ¼ c. flour
1 Tablespoons oil
1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
2. Dip crepe maker in batter, then peel off. If no crepe maker is available, use a skillet. Pour a very thin layer of batter into the skillet, let it cook just until it stops glistening.
3. Fill with apple or cherry pie filling, roll up, dust with powdered sugar or place a dab of whip cream on top.
